- Foundations and associated civil works for the 15-metre and 20-metre industrial sheds
- Tank foundation works, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork and concrete
- Boundary wall, administration building, guard room and weighbridge room
- Site levelling, internal roads and paving, drainage and sewage works
